As Managing Director Adrian’s responsibilities include business strategy, finance, product development and full involvement in the manufacture and sales processes. He has significant experience in all aspects of this 5th generation family business and the overall kitchen industry.

Howard heads up the sales team overseeing pre and post-sale processes and sales development with extensive knowledge of kitchen design, complex projects and integrated appliance brands. He manages client relationships with appointed kitchen retailers and developers as well as maintaining the reputation of Stoneham.

As Works Director Michael’s responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of production integration and machinery and tooling specifications across our mill, finishing and assembly plants as well as ensuring productivity and quality control are sustained to strict levels.

The role of Logistics Manager includes all areas of production including assembly, delivery, planning and scheduling, and related communication to key staff in the company.

As Commercial Manager procurement and all technical matters relating to components, material, product development and production are within the remit. Eddie also has full involvement in product innovation, training and strategic support to all the company’s departments and customers.

As Production Manager Andy’s role involves analysis and management of the production team as well as optimisation, planning and machine scheduling. He is also responsible for trouble shooting issues that arise, working to tight and demanding deadlines.  Andy’s wealth of experience in various production roles is invaluable.

Duncan regularly develops innovative solutions to complex design challenges to meet customer needs on the most demanding projects and seeing them through to completion. He also looks after showroom displays across our retailers nationwide.

Phil has extensive experience in the kitchen industry and brings detailed design project management to a wide variety of documentation/new build/commercial projects. He has detailed knowledge of appliances, lighting and technology in kitchens for innovative solutions.

Kamala is Project Manager with a wealth of design experience largely in designing classic and contemporary kitchen furniture with a particular knowledge of appliances, quartz, lighting and the installation processes.

Sam provides very close co-operation and support of our talented kitchen retailer network and customers all over the country. Her extensive design knowledge on domestic kitchens in previous roles within Stoneham are enormously useful with showroom CAD design and product training with our retail network.

Adrian looks after a team which is involved in all areas of kitchen order processing and production drawings, including bespoke manufacture, scheduling, delivery and post-sales support. He has extensive knowledge of furniture manufacture and project management from previous roles at Stoneham.

As Contract Sales Administrator Jenny is responsible for project administration for sales and installation and post-sales support for the fitting and factory departments.

As Sales Office Administrator, Sarah is responsible for processing kitchen orders and production of detailed drawings, which are sent to customers for their approval. She also provides technical and support back-up through close communication with production team.

Emily is currently studying as an Undergraduate in her second year of the FDA Kitchen Design degree at New Bucks University whilst working at Stoneham as Kitchen Designer Administrator and creative designer.

As Stoneham IT Manager/Sales Designer Chris has a wealth of knowledge on computer hardware, software and security. CAD, bar coding and database technology are intrinsic to Stoneham’s business and his role is far reaching to all departments at Stoneham.
