A Stoneham kitchen typically commences from £25,000 incl. VAT upwards. The kitchen cost is significantly influenced by size, collection chosen, features and accessories, appliances, lighting, quartz and installation works necessary and client brief provided. Designers will discuss your budget to provide a realistic guide on what is possible to achieve within various budget bands.
The kitchen price will identify all furniture, installation, appliances included worktops and installation. It will highlight responsibilities alllowed for and provide clarity on other aspects such as decorating, room preparation, tiling, and waste removal if these need to be considered.
Payment terms will be advised on the written quotation. This will normally include a deposit payment with order and details of further payment required before and/or after works completion.
Stoneham has a very large range of cabinetry sizes available. In addition, we can produce bespoke furniture sizes to suit the room architecture allowing a truly individual design and manufacture service for your new kitchen.
The installation of a new kitchen and utility room area is a significant investment in the heart of your home. Our designer will discuss the process from preparation to completion with realistic timescales to achieve these works. Inevitably there will be some disruption to the use of a functional kitchen. Where possible it may be possible to phase works to provide temporary cooking/working solutions. It may also be possible to co-ordinate works with holidays to lessen the impact on your home.
A Stoneham kitchen will typically take around 8 weeks for delivery from order placement. However, there are often many other factors to consider which will run concurrently such as building works, electrical and plumbing, preparation, decorating, floor tiling, appliance and worktop selection and ordering. Your Stoneham kitchen designer will guide you on all aspects of this process.
Once the room is fully prepared with plumbing and electrical points in their correct location, floor screed, tiling and decoration, the kitchen installation can commence. First fix will typically take between 5-10 days depending on kitchen size and complexity. Quartz/granite templating will usually occur at the end of the first fix phase and will take a further 10 days to manufacture typically.
Once these are installed, 2nd fix can commence to include appliance connection, sinks, taps, hobs and lighting. This can normally be completed within a few days.
Stoneham Kitchen Centres provide a comprehensive design and installation service to cover all aspects of furniture and appliances supplied. They can co-ordinate with all other trades such as electricians, plumbing, tiling and building works to provide a seamless customer experience.
Stoneham kitchen furniture materials and worktops are guaranteed for a period of 5 years.
A Designer/Project Manager will forge a close relationship with you throughout and can guide on all budget and design options and technical points as they arise.
An initial design meeting to produce a room design, schedule of furniture, appliances and installation works is typically without charge. As the design discussion progresses a nominal design fee may be requested to facilitate release of room designs and all further subsequent amendment versions required. This is often refundable once an order is placed.
Stoneham kitchens are available throughout the UK and Channel Islands.

Stoneham Appointed Kitchen Centres can supply a complete service to include furniture, appliances, worktops, lighting, installation. We can co-ordinate tiling, glass splashbacks and other works upon request.
Your old kitchen can be removed and disposed of if requested or perhaps re-used where appropriate in other parts of the property such as the garage or spare room.
We would recommend that all aspects of supply and installation are supplied co-ordinated by Stoneham Appointed Kitchen Centres. The separate supply of works can fragment the installation process and may risk the introduction of material not suited to their use or meeting the quality standards required.
Stoneham is often requested to supply rooms “beyond the kitchen”. These include utility areas, home studies, bathroom furniture, libraries, bedrooms, bar areas and much more besides. Our website shows many examples of previous projects and room areas completed successfully by Stoneham.
Stoneham and many of our Stoneham Appointed Kitchen Centres are accredited partners for major appliance brands. This means that staff have been trained on technical aspects of the appliance for pre-sale guidance. They will arrange delivery, installation, set-up in accordance with manufacturers guidance and integration and provide after sales back-up.
The briefing and design process is thoroughly and carefully detailed at all stages. Design and specification options to match budget, aesthetics and functional balance will be suggested and explained. At all stages in this process, design modifications can be accommodated. Before the final order is placed, all queries can be addressed. Once an order is placed, any special commission designs are drawn for final approval. Once approved it may not be possible to alter the order without incurring some delays or cancellation costs as your kitchen is highly bespoke to your requirements.
