Christmas tree cookies
Get your Christmas tree cookie cutters out to make these cookie delights that will appeal to the whole family.  The recipe is easy to follow which means you can get the kids involved, especially when it comes to decorating the trees. Coat with green royal icing and colourful dots to resemble the baubles.

Gingerbread cookies with maple glaze
Eating gingerbread at Christmas is a tradition that has been around for centuries, so we had to include a cookie recipe with this fabulous festive flavour. These soft and chewy cookies have the hallmark ingredients of gingerbread – molasses and ginger spice and are dipped in a creamy maple glaze for sweetness. To complete, decorate with sprinkles or pipe tiny holly leaves or a Christmas present for example.

Boozy hot chocolate cookies
Over the cold Winter period there is nothing nicer than sitting back and relaxing with a cup of hot chocolate. What’s even better is that you can enjoy your favourite warming drink in the form of a cookie. This hot chocolate cookie is both boozy and gooey using a liquor of your choice and topped with toasted mini marshmallows for that full-on festive finish.

If you are partial to a jammy dodger then you’ll love these Austrian Linzer star cookies.  They are packed with red jam sandwiched between two spiced dough cookies, with the addition of pecan nuts. Their festive star shape makes them a keen favourite for Christmas and the star of the show in our eyes.

Who doesn’t love the taste of cinnamon at Christmas? This warming spice is particularly enjoyable in a cookie and this recipe doesn’t disappoint. Their soft texture is almost cake-like with the taste of cinnamon running through them, as well as a cinnamon drizzle on top.
